Made from a blend of Cabernet and Merlot grapes - shows the distinctive soft and resinous flavours of these varieties.

Sourced from our old vine Shiraz, some 40 years old, low yielding, dry grown and basket pressed; aged in American and French oak for 6 months till bottled before the onset of the long, hot 2005/2006 Summer and now bottle ageing in our underground cellar - shows intense fruit well balanced with oak.

Made from Roma Black Muscat grapes - a unique, slightly sweet style with luscious Muscat fruit.
RUBY CABERNET - 2002
RUBY CABERNET - 2002$10.00

Made from Ruby Cabernet grapes grown in our Roma vineyard, hand picked at optimum ripeness and chilled immediately upon crushing to retain the soft fruit flavour. Fermented on the skins for 6 days to develop colour and flavour. After the completion of fermentation, matured in French oak till bottled on the May, 2005. Just as soft as the 2000 but with more fruit.

made from 50% Romavilla old vine Shiraz and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon from 20 year old vines at Forbes N.S.W. and matured in French and American oak for 18 months. The typical pepper character of the Shiraz is balanced by the smooth fruit of the Cabernet Sauvignon.

Blending 15% Viognier with Shiraz as is the tradition in the Côte Rôtie area of the northern Rhone Valley - intensifies the colour and adds an intriguing extra dimension to the bouquet and palate of the Shiraz.

Made from 60% Cabernet and 40% Shiraz - soft and fruity with well balanced Cabernet and Shiraz fruit flavours.
Preservative Free ZINFANDEL 2007 - $18.00
ZINFANDEL - 2005

Made from 100% Zinfandel grapes - harvested in April and matured in French barriques till bottling on the 4th December.  Delicious cherry aromas with dark chocolate flavours.
