ROMAVILLA 2007 CHRISTMAS NEWS

We h We had a lovely Spring this year, very little hot weather and good rain, 23.5mm in September, 51mm in October and best of all, 202mm in November and another 46.5mm so far this month; making a total so far this year of 524.5mm. We hope there is a bit more to come. You can see the grape vines feeling happy and refreshed.

NEW RELEASES:

2008 Garganega - $15.00 per bottle Italian variety from Veneto.

2008 Semillon - $12 per bottle

2007 ZINFANDEL - $!8.00 per bottle � completely preservative free

2007 Low Preservative Chardonnay - $15.00 �

One third of this wine was fermented in French oak, two thirds in stainless steel - shows delicate fruit with a hint of wood. This wine has 25ppm total sulphites, roughly one quarter of what you would find in most whites. A relatively high alcohol of 14%, will help preserve this wine.
