2007 Low Preservative Chardonnay - $15.00 –

One third of this wine was fermented in French oak, two thirds in stainless steel -  shows delicate fruit with a hint of wood.  This wine has 25ppm total sulphites, roughly one quarter of what you would find in most whites.  A relatively high alcohol of 14%, will help preserve this wine.
